1. Acceptance of terms

Welcome to PromptSeen. By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the site.

These terms apply to all visitors and users of PromptSeen, including anyone who browses boards or copies prompts.

2. What we provide

PromptSeen is a gallery of text prompts and accompanying sample images intended to help you generate stylised images using third-party AI image generators. We provide the prompts and samples for reference and inspiration only.

  • We do not generate, host, or process your personal photographs.
  • We do not operate the AI image generators you may use the prompts with.
  • Sample images shown on boards are illustrative and may not exactly match your own results.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use PromptSeen lawfully and responsibly. In particular, you agree not to:

  • Use prompts to create content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, or sexually explicit involving real people without consent.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent generated images as authentic photographs in a deceptive way.
  • Attempt to disrupt, scrape at scale, or reverse-engineer the site's infrastructure.

You are responsible for how you use generated images, and for complying with the terms of whichever image generator you use.

4. Intellectual property

The PromptSeen name, layout, written prompts, and sample images are owned by PromptSeen or its licensors. You may copy individual prompts for your personal, non-commercial creative use.

You may not resell, redistribute, or present our curated prompt collections as your own product without written permission.

5. Third-party tools

Prompts are designed to be used with external AI image generators that we neither own nor control. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, output, or conduct.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the revised terms.
